The formula works to reduce pH swelling to restore hair back to its natural state pH of 4.5 - 5.5. Any sign of swelling or raised cuticle is diminished and it also works to deactivate and remove nasty chemical residues whilst eliminating perm odours. To use: Apply to damp hair after shampooing.
