- The story follows 16-year-old Ella as she spends Christmas with her father and new stepmum. But the festive cheer quickly fades when she’s expected to help out around the house, and her joy is completely zapped after discovering her bedroom has been transformed into a nursery for the noisiest, smelliest twin stepsisters you’ve ever seen. As the saying goes, be careful what you wish for. Ella is suddenly taken from her home and whisked away to a magical world of castles, balls, and handsome princes.
